You need to write file tvip_firmware.signed.ota.zip to SD-card or USB flash drive to update firmware using Recovery system.

When Recovery menu starts select Apply update from SD card and select your update archive.

When Recovery menu starts select Apply update from Udisk and select your update archive.

Please, pay attention, after the box will loaded to recovery mode, you should repeat previous step and then the box loaded again to Recovery mode you should push “Reboot System now”
